Staff were wonderful and we also loved our stay. They offered wake up calls for free, that's pretty good. Cheap place to stay while in Genoa.

It is surely good value. Take a look at Piazza Principe district, it's worth it. Location makes it easy to use a bus stop opposite the hotel...

The room was air-conditioned and had a heating system, a safe and a work desk. Adjacent to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Ristorante Salgari, no need to go somewhere else.

The bed was very hard.
